External Affairs

Welcome

Hello, and welcome from the GSA extermal affairs team!

Our job is to advocate for the interests of UCSD graduate students to numerous off-campus organizations. These include UC Office of the President, the Board of Regents, the UC Students Associaion, the National Association of Graduate and Professional Students, Student Advocates for Graduate Education, and local and national elected officials.

There are three GSA officers working on external issues: the VP of External Affairs, the Legislative Liaison for Local and State Affairs, and the Legislative Liaison for National Affairs. If you have any interest in student advocacy, don't hesitate to send any of us an email.

Here, you will find updates about our ongoing efforts and opportunities to get involved.
