Excerpt from the UCAB website (20091113):

The University Centers Advisory Board (UCAB), seeks to represent the needs and interests of the university community of UCSD students, faculty, staff and alumni when making decisions on how both the Price Center and Student Center can better serve this constituency. Participation on the board provides valuable social and workplace experiences to our student representatives by utilizing their individual and unique talents. In Fall Quarter, UCAB meets weekly Students are invited to attend these meetings especially if they have an issue or opinion to express.

UCAB Budget & GSA lounge discussion with Paul Terzino	Present at the meeting were Paul Terzino, Alex James, Taylor Bright, and Katie Fitzpatrick We initially discussed and approved plans for the new GSA lounge furniture (layout and invoice attached) on the 1st floor of the Old Student Center. We later requested a lounge master key from Paul. Paul also, as requested, brought us a summary budget for UCAB for 2009-2010 (attached). We asked for a breakdown of the utilities as water/gas/electrical. Paul mentioned the first UCAB meeting date of the year: Monday Oct 5th at 2pm in a TBA location.	President	Thu, 10/01/2009 (All day)
