Committee shall solicit nominations for distinguished teaching awards, and present recommendations for recipients to the Representative Assembly, which shall accept or reject each recommendation. It shall also consider general policies that will enlarge the possibilities for distinguished teaching and consider ways to improve the quality of instruction, including methods of evaluation.
