Council Representatives

The GSA is governed by a Council of representatives from each program. All programs have at least two representatives. Programs or schools with over 100 graduate students have three representatives. Those with over 200 graduate students have four representatives.

Starting in 2009, GSA confirms representatives using an online form to ensure compliance with the constitution and bylaws, and streamline the process. We will confirm reported enrollment counts against the Registrar's 3rd week count for fall quarter.

If a rep can't be at the meeting, they can still vote if they fill out a proxy form and have another rep in their program vote for them.

OGS keeps a page of contacts (phone, fax, email, & mailcodes) for grad department chairs, facility managers, advisors, and grad coordinators (20091001 cached pdf); in case you need to contact any of them.
