es developing effective classroom management and communication skills, dev
eloping rapport with your students, utilizing appropriate questioning skil
ls, encouraging participation and active learning, dealing with issues of
authority, selecting suitable methods and materials to complement your ob
jectives, and much more.

ll help you enhance your instructional skills based on the goals and object
ives you have set for your class.

s Nancy Lee who is an instructional development specialist and is working w
ith CTD this year developing workshops and consulting with TAs. Nancy recen
tly received her Ph.D from the Department of Communication.
